Rick Trent's new 3 cell 7 Watt'er

Being a Rick Trent fan I picked up his new 3 cell 7 watt'er. Just like all Rick's builds the module just screws in the front. ( makes it real easy for clumsy people like me ) Like the new color on the head it's a brown/gold that looks real nice next to the silver battery tube. This one has a G2 lens. Can't LPM it. My LPM can't handle that wattage. Need another one. ( I'm a looking ) . Anyways I have Ricks 2 cell build and Sanwu's 7 watt Spiker for comparison so you can see the size difference. Also through in a couple of pictures of my contraption where I put to helping hands together and epoxied a steel plate on the bottom. Got tried of it falling over. Had more beam shots but they didn't turn out well, so one will have to do. So now for the pictures.Hope you enjoy them. Don't know why it posted some pictures twice?? I like your blue knurled focus adapter, it's a quick way to see that you have a blue monster hidden in that host.
BTW - Good looking laser collection you've got going there!

That's a nice build! I'm kinda put off by the NUBM44's divergence but I'll just build one for the heck of it after I complete this 07E.

Is the module sticking out of the front or is that something else. I hope they have flavor options for the mac n cheese. If you decide to break it down again I would like to see how it goes together.

Looking good might just do that but with a 3 cell D size mag light. So it uses 3-32650's with a 44

Would be nice if it was a blue focus knob, it's just the lighting. But that does give me an idea. :thinking: :thanks:

It's the module sticking out the front a tad, When Rick built it, think he left it out a bit so you can get to the focus knob easier. If I ever break it down I will. But Rick built the module so I've never taken one apart.
Have to check about the flavored M&C, should be easy since I got stock in the company

Order a sanwu 3X beam expander and a 3 element lens and you can fix that divergence problem for burning across your basement.
The 3X is a lot of fun and looks cool too.

So true they are great, really help with the divergence

I have always liked pointers with some mass to the heat sink, very nice.
