Since the buyer didn't "have" goggles, RHD required the purchaser to "buy" goggles before he would sell to him

The only problem here is the delayed delivery times

Even that is actually moot since he doesn't yet have a battery AND the buyer has assured both you and RHD that he will wait for his goggles

He didn't "break" his rule. He adapted to a responsible, new buyer
