OK, so this is my first review so go easy on me.:D Reps Always Appreciated!
Sorry for the pics, iPhone shots but seems to lose quality via photobucket...

I was shopping around for a good laser to start off with and I went with Rayfoss since it seems others have had good experiences with them in the past. I ordered one of their torch lasers and Faona informed me the one I wanted had power issues (which were later resolved) and offered me a new laser model similar to the one I ordered that they will be posting to their site in the days to come. So I got the laser today and here's what I think...

Package: Shipped fast in a UPS bag. Tracking shows it was picked up Sat and delivered Tues traveling via: S Korea-Alaska-Kentucky-Me. Package was wrapped and packaged extremely well to prevent damage. White box had laser, FREE glasses, battery (18650), and charger)

Laser: Initial impressions are that it's very well built. Looks like a flashlight (Kinda like a Surefire Tac light). Tailcap is an on/off switch (Teal color) and unscrews to put in the battery. Oh and It's Waterproof, not gonna test it though...

Oh battery is done charging... Time to try it out... =)

Test impressions: Wish I had some way to measure it but on first impression it's really bright. I have a 5mw core I compared it to and this thing blew it away. I'll try to post some pics of the beam tonight but for a small package it packs quite a punch. Very thin beam and easily visible in a lit room.

OK so beam shots are tough...

I may not be able to give you night sky shots because I live in a heavy Airplane traffic area. I'll try to post some night ground shots in a bit.

These were the pics they sent me. Probably the ones they'll use on their website.

I reckon its not focusable.
Guess the only improvements from the older model is new slick design and 18650 battery.

No not focusable, but (to me at least) it looks pretty focused already.

Nice review.
I have the 660nm (200mW) version of this laser in the exact same host.
It's definitely waterproof, it has two o-rings in the head, and mine is focusable.
Not sure that this one isn't focusable. I love the host, and was looking for a bluray in one, but a green will do.
I may order one of these.
