The object I´m giving you a short impression is the <5mW 635nm LIBRA Laser from LASERGLOW,
purchased through their sale site: laserglow.com. I´m going to talk about customer service, shipping
and show what you can expect when ordering this specific laser model.
LASERGLOW is a well known company with very good reputation around here.
COMMUNICATION / SHIPPING / PACKAGING
I was in contact with Justin, I think he is the owner of LG. Communication was very good through the whole ordering
process even if there were quite a few complications. Justin tried to fix the problems ASAP. There was an issue with
the lense at the first order. Obviously a dust grain scratched the lense a bit during shipping. Justin gave me a few
instructions to clean it, but I wasn´t able to get it as clean as it should be. I got a free replacement shipping for this one!
Shipping was done with UPS. I paid $35 for STANDARD shipping to AUSTRIA, 2-3days processing, 10-15 days shipping
time it says. Guys, located in the US, should get it with FREE SHIPPING when ordering >$50, or for $3.95 when it is <$50.
Had to pay $26 for custom taxes. UPS used the declared $29 product value on the package and additional added guessed
shipping costs, as LG didn´t write them on the package or papers. For the replacement shipping, it was actually declared
as replacement shipping from LG, I had to pay $17 for custom taxes again. So I paid a $43 total for custom taxes.
The laser was packaged very good, it comes with a leather case, wrapped into air bubble film and a UPS box.

THE LASER
The laser is 124 mm in length, and 13mm in diameter. The laserhost is black colored with a LASERGLOW, 635nm, Libra
engraving. It has a smooth body with a black ON / OFF press button. The laser is powered by two 1.5V AAA batteries. Very
common and cheap batteries, have yet to test the runtime. The DANGER sticker shows where the radiation comes out,
the peak power (<5mW), the wavelength (635nm), the laser-class (3a), the company name (Laserglow) and the serial number.

POWER / PERFORMANCE
The laser has a tested peak/average power of 3.1mW. I confirmed that with my nospin LPM. Tested the laser at 17°C (62°F)
room temperature, but even at colder conditions. Full DURACELL Ultra Power batteries were in use. No change in output,
had it ON for 20 minutes straight, no warming up. The beam divergence, tested by LG, used to be <1.2 mrad with an elliptical
beam diameter at aperture <2.5 x 1.5 mm. The 5mW Libra-635nm laser is $29 before shipping.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE
I´m happy with the laser, it´s a keeper for sure. It´s great for playing around indoors relatively safe. With a smoke
machine or some drops of hot glycerin-smoke, you can still enjoy some awesome beamz.
