Review of Flaminpyro's host for green

I just ordered this host for green, from flaminpyro.
He should, soon be offering this host as a standard item. Just PM him.


This host is sweet. It is a Auroa Cree 6 host, with a massive chunk of aluminum for the heatsink.
The host it's self, is of good quality. All the threading is is well aligned. No scraping or grinding when you screw it together. ''O'' rings are also used in this host. It has a nice firm rear clicky, that feels solid.
It is designed to fit a cr123 cell. I was also, able to get a cr2 cell to fit. By adjusting the position of the module, in side the heatsink.

The custom heatsink is huge. with plenty of heat dispersion. It can easily accommodate up to a 200mW module. It uses two set screws that are staggered, to fit any length module. It is finished off with a nice tight exit hole.

This is my second host ordered from flaminpyro. I have also ordered numerous parts and other items from him. His work is always topnotch.
Service is always excellent, and items are always completed and shipped ASAP.

thats pretty sweet. how much was it? I may have to get one of those too along with my copper heatsunk coleman he is doing for me
