Hey i just recieved mine it doesnt work on any of my normal cr 123a's 
i also check the green and red one on the website it says it needs 13640's @ 3.7V
so are u sure yours works with 3v's
the way it noted in the box one little paper + Ve toward spring. but that way it would never make contact
You say you put the flat side on the spring right ?
