Hi the only difference that i can see between the RF532-100mW-FLX and the RF532-100mW-C03 is that the FLX has a beam divergence of 1.7mrad and the CO3 has a beam divergence of 1.5mrad. Doesn't this mean that the CO3 is better as it is more focused?

Great review, you obviously know a lot! I'm a complete novice so please forgive me and bear with me. I'm about to purchase a Rayfoss 200mW but I'm having a hard time deciding between the RF532-200mW-FLX and the waterproof RF532-200mW-QBT. Can you tell me the essential differences between these two besides the keylock and LED? Is "focusable" something that I should prefer over "waterproof?" Does one have a longer range or better burning ability than the other? This information is not provided in the description on their website. Thanks for your help! :)

Hmm now I'm also considering the RF532-200mW-B03. This is difficult! I just want the most power, longest range, and best burning ability.

Yes, but barely. It would all depend on you specific unit. Just go with whatever you think looks better if divergence is the only technical difference.

I would go with the FLX without led without doubt. The divergence will be better for sure and the focus is great. Although if being waterproof is really worth the lack of these... It's all very subjective ;)

Of course Dali spoke catalan. Indeed he was from Catalonia, just as me, it's our native language. Same applies to Antoni Gaudí, Joan Miró, and many other important figures...
I love the way Catalan sounds and Bareclona is one of my favorite cities period. Those people know how to party like there's no sunrise...

I above all love the district that this little fella's from...

Haha, and don't you love the way my city looks too?

Tarragona - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Barcelona have a lot of gothic art, but here we have a lot of old Roman things, we even have an amphiteatre!

And well, next to the city, we have one of the best thematic parks in Europe, Port Aventura, which features the faster roaller coaster in Europe (84mph in 3.5).

We also have one of the best Catalan discos, Pacha La Pineda, and as you said, we have no end at night, Discos here close at 7 or 8 AM ;)

Sooooo, if you ever plan to come here, don't forget to tell me and don't forget that there's not only Barcelona here ;)

Btw, as you said, I also love how Catalan sounds, I think it's one of the languages that sound the best. And guess what, Spanish people outside here usually say we sound ugly!

Here I leave you a song in Catalan, judge yourself ;)

YouTube - TV3 - El Club - Obrint Pas: "Viure"

(It's the first time someone outside Spain tells me he knows anything about our existence, thanks xD)

Parles català? Hehe ;)
Thx for the links - of course, I'd love to visit Tarragona (and most of the Earth, for that matter) - hence, my nick "Viajero"! Unfortunately time & money are the limiting factors. It used to be primarily time when I lived in the States, with their silly "two-week vacation, only one at a time please..." philosophy*. Now, with my five weeks + holidays yearly, it's a question of money.

*No wonder our dear North American LPF colleages can afford their CNI PGL-III C 589 80mW lasers; they have no time to spend their hard-earned money on vacation...

If you're ever coming here, don't forget to tell me, I'll get you some 50% discounts on Port Aventura, Pacha, and all the other things around ;) I might even guide you trough the city hehe

Hey Albert...
I just watched your Video...
I was a little disturbed by what I saw...

It seems to me that you were not wearing safety goggles when making
the video...
You seem to see very small details like the on/off colored dots of the
keyswitch that I could not even see in the video (at about 2:23 min)

@ 2:37 min.... you turned the Laser ON and could not see the beam...
so you pointed the laser at your face.... to look into the aperture...
That's not even a good thing to do WITH safety goggles...

@ 4:01 min... I See you shine the laser on a light colored ceramic tile
directly in front of you....

please-490.gif
tell me I'm wrong....and that you were wearing safety goggles...

Jerry
Agreed. God, I'm afraid to look on a light colored ceramic tile with 30 mW, but 200mW my eyesight would be gone. That's just scary.

I was obviously wearing safety goggles and I didn't point it right at my face, just at a degree that allowed me to see the aperture to check if the shutter was opened lol

Can you reccomend any good anti green goggles from focalprice or any other cheap site for this laser?
Also can you post a new link to this laser? The one on the first post is now broken.

The laser only have a good power burning (burn matches) after 1 - 3 minutes of use...
It´s normal?

No, it's not. Are you sure the battery is 100% charged?
