Good :) im glad to hear that :) John is upset with me for posting this but it is what it is. I didnt want or mean to upset him. Im thankful for the end-result I just lost my patients. John is a good man and one of his word. He tried his best but after that much time to get a simple problem resolved I just took the short stick. After all it was only 10 dollars as you know. I should have said that in the original post but I cant wait to get my other unit. It is also a 50mW unit but has a bigger host. I hope that the new one will work great! :)

Sad to hear that you had a DOA on that laser pen.

I baught one 50mw and one 30mw. I got them and they both work very good and that's after two weeks of use.

I hope John will take care of everything for you

John, my friend I am sorry.

I am sad that I have upset you :( I have to admit that I did lose my patients and I believe in you. You helped me to the best of your ability and I could not be more thankful to you for that. I wrote this review when I was very upset because at the time I was told that I would not be refunded at all. I should have waited and been more patient. I am an honest and usually a very patient person, but not in this case as I was already frustrated with other things and took that frustration out here and I had no right doing so in the manner that I have done. This is not like me at all and I am sorry for that too. I never meant to insult you and I never want to either. I dearly hope we can end this on good terms. This was an isolated incident and I don't want this to reflect the good quality and services of you and or priceangels.com. This is not your fault. It is something that could not be foreseen; a situation like mine is inevitable, I understand that you have a lot to do and that not every single unit is going to be working like it should be just like with any electronic device. Again you have my most sincere apologies and I can't wait to receive my new unit that I ordered with the coupon that Alice your customer service representative provided to me. Thank you John, for everything. As always, you were and will continue to be known as a man of his word and reliable. I hope you will accept my apology. If can not… I respectfully understand.

On another note:
I am very sad to hear that you are being cheated by some members of this community and that they have lied to you and returned broken modules that were not what you sent them. I personally advise that you tell the moderators who those members are and what happened. There are necessary actions that need be made so those members get banned. I believe that they are a danger to the wellbeing of this community and the safety of all other members here, this to me is very concerning and disgusting.

forget it, it's my fault to send you lasers not as good as you expect, but we have tested all of them before sending. maybe the quality is not stable, so some members tell me it is cool, but you told me it bad.

There is always a big risk buying that cheap!

On the other hand you didn´t loose much.

some days ago, another owner, who is the biggest one have some divergence with me upon the theory of customer service. It is some customers' unhonest trick give birth to the divergence.

But after some days of negotiation, we come to agreement again, that's why you can get more coupon than the first time. And they told me you were happy with the solution after giving you $7 coupon.

If I had known you are not satisfied with it, I will tell you to return it for retest, sorry we can't give you full reund directly. Testing is necessary.

So if you are not happy the next time, you should tell my customer worker directly. They will give a chance to you.

Sorry for all the trouble, wish we can understand each other from now on.

I could understand losing a lot of money. And I would be upset about a doa too, but losing $3 bucks? I wouldn't ordered a battery and cut my losses on $3 dollars and wouldn't have wasted so much time and effort on this thread about ir but Thts just my .2 cents

Honestly at first I was unreasonable and your right. I apologized though and everything is good now. :) I should have never ever taken personal frustration and stress out here and thats why this happened.


You got a bad unit it happens all the time even to the best of em. He gave you the option to return it but you didn't want to do that. A return would give you a new unit or a refund. That's normal and acceptable procedure. but you didn't want to so all they had was your word. But they gave you 3/4 of your money back and aloud you to keep the unit. Without ever seeing for themselves as proof.

I think they did enough. I don't think this bad review should be here or is warranted. If you returned it and they never gave you your money back or something then that's a different story. Sounds like you didn't want to hassle with shipping it back or paying the shipping fees. And just dinked them around until they caved from frustration. Unfortunately there is a risk we take with lasers from across the pond (especially a $10 one). I just had to send a laser back to china. Out of my own pocket. Sure it's a bummer but it happens. But the company was quick to accept it and either give me a refund or exchange. gotta be reasonable here dude.

Well today i got my new 50mw that came in great shape and i love it! I love the host and the beam has awesome characteristics!!! It lights matches and burns leather with no problem! Thanks John for a great laser at such an affordable price! I have to say that this unit is by far one of my favorites!

But I have a question, (sorry for my poor English): What the sentence " by far one of my favorites", I often thought it means it is much bad than my favorite, was I wrong?
