So, i decided to order from OXLasers, a new Chinese manufacturer of handheld laserpointers, selling 532nm, 650nm, 450 nm and 405nm lasers.

I decided to try them out, and order a 200mw Green laser costing 65$, and a 200mw Red laser costing 45$. The 2 lasers were shipped the next day with EMS Shipping to Denmark, and they were in denmark only 3 days later. After that i had problems, but that was nothing with the supplier, but the danish customs... :gun:

The lasers i ordered is theese two:
The Green 200mW laser: OX-G40 focusable green laser pointer torch light cigars free shipping - 100mw-200mw - Green Laser Pointer - Laser Pointers Catalog - Blue, Red, Green Laser Pointer, Powerful Lasers - OXlasers China
And the red 200mW laser: OX-R40 200mw waterproof red laser pointer burn matche in 5 metesr free shippin - 100mw-200mw - Red Laser Pointer - Laser Pointers Catalog - Blue, Red, Green Laser Pointer, Powerful Lasers - OXlasers China

I recieved the package, wich was quite small, but just big enough to fit the 2 boxes and 3 layers of bubble plast. The lasers came in this box:

There was bubble plast in the bottom, sides and in the top. Both lasers came in the a standard white cardboard box, with white foam and cuttings for the laser, a 18650 battery, an 110v charger and 5-6 black matches to burn. The boxes looked like:

Inside the box, was the lasers, packed in a bubbleplast wrap, the battery, the matches and the charger, wich looked like this (Both red and green laser here:

And unwrapped the items look like this:

And a close up of the sticker, i like the detail that it even says OXLasers on it:

It has a nice, tail clicky button, wich is covered by an orange rubber cap:

And besides the 200mw red laser:

The quality of the laser feel great! Without the battery it is very light, its made of what they claim is Aircraft grade aluminium. They also claim it is a underwater laser, but i don't dare to try that out.. :)

The laser is focusable, but not really useable, as when focused all in, its just infinity beam mode, when screwing out, the beam gets wider and wider till the head 'falls' off, and acts like a green projector or flashlight without the heading. The battery is a 2400 mAh Ultrafire, but i don't really think it is 2400 mAh.

When i first turned it on, i was amazed by the extremely bright beam, even with my lights on, and some light coming in from the outside, as it was daylight (around 16.00). I took one of the black matches, and it burned instantly! I was amazed, and for a price of only 65 $, i am more than satifsied with this product!

Unfortunately, i don't have a LPM, as i'm new in this hobby, but i think it's close to being 200mW, if not over 200mW! It's so bright, compared to my other 100mW green laser, wich is closer to 50mW but anyways!

And now to the fun part - beamshots!
I only have a few till now, but if you wan't, i can add more later! :)

No fogg, no smoke - just pure, green power! :

Amazingly bright! My TV and Computer was even turned on, but that didn't do anything, the beam and dot is SO bright!

Compared to my 200mW red laser, also from OXLasers:

And now compared to both my 200mW red and my crappy underpowered 100mW green laser:

And last a little shaky, but compared to my 200mW red laser again:

This is my first review, so tell me what i should do different next time, or what i should fix on this post, if you would like anything fixed or different..

But kudos for reading my whole review, thanks!

It's a nice review.

Without an LPM test though, it's impossible to say whether the lasers are on spec or not.

Nice review, I have seen ox laser on the web and wondered about them.
Sounds like you were happy with your experience with them.
I have never heard of a company sending matches to burn with a laser!

Good review. What happen with the customs ?

Thanks. What happened was they recieved the package in China the 25th May, they sent it to Denmark the same day, and it arrived in Denmark the 28th. The 29th i got a letter from they, saying that there was no invoience, and i therefore would have to send it by mail to them. I sent that the 2th June, and got a mail wich confirmed they had recieved.. I waited and waited, and decided to send it again the 7th, to be 100% sure that they had recieved it. I waited again, and on the 18th June i decided to call them (second time actually..). They told me, the package was about to be returned to China, and the package already was on it's way there.. I got a mail i could send my informations to, and somehow they managed to get a hold of the package again (After a not so sweet mail). I would have to send in my documentation AGAIN, and also my bank transfers.. And finally, i recieved the package the 22th June.. And i ended up paying the customs about 70 $.. For my two lasers, both a red and a green 200mW..

I'm sorry y'all that i don't have a LPM to test the output, but this 'review' was also to inform about this seller, wich i think is more than okay to buy from, for those wanting a cheap red, green or blue beginner laser, or just don't wanna spend half of their salary. :)

And yep, pretty cool they send me 5-6 matches with each to test burnability. I first thought they were burned, and was meant to proove the laser could burn, but i happened to nice they were just black matches ;)
