o-like Ultrafire and O-like module review With Videos UPDATED!
Hi guys, I got an ULTRAFIRE 50mw Green laser pointer from o-like
price is $36.99
Tactical Ultrafire host Green laser 50mW£*>5~120mw green laser pointer£*>Laser&lighting products£*>www.0-like.com
and a 100mw 12mm module also from o-like.
price is at $60
90~100mW Green laser module£*>5¡«500mW green laser module£*>Laser&lighting products£*>www.0-like.com
------------------------------------------------------------------------
we used DHL as shipping, though Susie and I got some problems with Mr. Lin who is their 3rd party agent. But after several conversations, and Susie doing all her best, the Item was shipped.
Today I just got the package, and opened it..
here is the picture of the o-like Ultrafire 50mw greenie
This laser peaks at 100mw( for 10 secs) and goes down to 55mw( for ten secs) and up to 80mw stable.. for 1 minute duty cycle.. and this one is very good looking not to mention its belt clip.
here are some more pics...
Dismantelled Ultrafire Laser
PROS: well this one can burn on thin leather items and make a match smoke or eventually light it.. can pop balloons.
nice UltraFire Host. Operated by a CR123A 3.6V up to 3.7V Minimum voltage can be a CR123A 3.0V
CONS: well they dont ship it with a charger, DHL agent messed the shipping time, vulnerable to dust...
Overall: recommended for people who want a good laser for only 36.99 and highly reliable since its o-like.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
100mw Module of Olike..
this one i put the 12mm module of 0-like in my old boblaser waterproof host.
here is my review.
the host with the 100mw o-like module inside..
----------------------------------------------
some beam shots..
anyway this laser peaks at 135mw for the first 10-15secs. goes down to 95mw for the succeeding 10 secs the goes up to its stable power of 100mw sometime goes up to 110mw (depending on the battery used) until 1 minute.
with its host supporting the heatsink and a nano diamond thermal compound ck4800, this laser can go 3 minutes duty cycle if you are really testing its breaking point.
the 100mw o-like module is real deal knowing o-like and susie. you can also combine some DIY hosts from jayrob, and some other members here who sell custom heatsinks and host or if you want a waterproof try rayfoss.com and see their $10 waterproof host.
overall this module is a good deal and with is price you are a sure winner.
here last picture...
beam comparison...
50mw ultrafire and 100mw o-like module with host.
i will update this thread for some more testing.. btw, if you are asking what is that gray thing on the ultrafire module, shown on the dismantled ultrafire picture... its a thermal compound which i put to assist on more heat absorbing.
Susie thanks for all your assistance...
i will upload the videos i have later...
peace everyone!
