Well, thank you, Pman...despite Awillis' willingness to give me vet status, I think I'll still reserve it for the big boys. I mean, I haven't even been here 6 months (as a member) yet.

Maybe after my Ophir arrives this week and I have a 638, maybe I'll feel like it.

Weird I got in when I hit 1000 posts and I was only a member like 5 months. But I did have to pm cold shadow.

A threaded new wish pen cap screws onto these modules. I put one on my chrome pen. It looks kinda rigged but it helps keep the lens clean.

I should be getting all the stuff I ordered by the end of the week. Shows the first order with the 2 single aaa pens and 5 of the 5mw modules have left SanFran. The other order with 1 405 module and 3 of the 5V 532 modules may come a day or 2 later.
Will report as soon as anything shows up.
No change on the website. Everything still labelled 5mw.
Hopefully I have a boon and not a bust

Didn't realise Fasttech only sell 5mW lasers and modules now :(. Has anyone LPMed they're 5mW module, is it overspec? I still have a 30mW 532nm module from them :).
