Pictures will come when there loaded on this page

hey guys!,

Yesterday a package came in so I thought well let's review it fast.. again lol

My order:

1x Riffle445 V2 1.2W Deluxe set ( Goggles, batteries, Charger, Lenses )
1x Power certificate signed by max

Shipping times:

28-11-2011 Ordered the laser.
02-12-2011 Laser went out.
14-12-2011 Laser is at my home!

So a little more then two weeks to europe :drool:In your face other chinese resellers! lol :)

It has the typical Lazerer wrap with creative post stamping from max!

There is the case opened up. What immediatly pulled my attention was two new stickers in a anti static bag?!? it also has the wrong wavelength on. It says 450nM.

What is the difference with the two versions?

- RIFLE logo on the host
- AR glass coated lens (No lens mod anymore)
- Guaranteed power of 1.2W
- Black push button

Some pics:

The large DANGER card is not from lazerer! I make those myself for different outputs which i then put in the box of my lasers :)

What i did next was changing the black push button with an GITD one. I just like those!

The host is beautifull :D The powdercoating is way better then i got on my first generation! Also you can take apart the whole laser with ease

I just got antoher idea for this host max. Can you produce a battery extension tube for this host? It would love to put two 18650's in there!

Next up the powercertificate:

That are some nice specs if you ask me!

Here are some random beamshots :D (No Fog)

So that was the picture gallery part and now for the videos :D

This is a random video of the whole package and laser. (small burning part)

And if you did not see enough burning

I will be making a new videos this week!

I am also waiting on my package from Garoq which is a Aurora C6 build. Which is very nice with an efficient M140-445 diode 1,5A driver and copper heatsinking. If you guys want to see that too i can do that? :D

Hope you guys liked my review, If you have anything to add PM me !

Greetings,,

P.S. Check out my cat sliding tutorial! It's great lol

Good review!

The 450nm is the same with 445nm. They mean near to 450nm.

Thanks for the excellent review! +1 !

I was hoping some folks would get one and write up a nice review with NO-FOG beamshots as I'm planning on ordering one of these beauties with my Tax Return next spring. I need to find some high OD goggles to go with it though.. currently looking at some $80 OD7's, but I'd prefer higher.

I'm not really into burning, but beautiful no-fog beamshots really make me salivate!

Sigurthr hit it right on the money concerning the goggles...just how good can their $5 eye-wear be?
I don't plan on shining the laser DIRECTLY into them, but I want to be able to look at the dot and also not be blinded by indirect shining (reflections off of non-reflective surfaces).

Cool review - I'm tempted! +1

OK, dangit -- I was more than tempted ... I ordered one. I also ordered a 405 .5W, and I'll review it when it arrives :)

Mine arrived a few days ago, but part of the order is still in-transit (i'll put together a review of the 405 RIFLE once the rest arrives).

My 445 1.3W certified right at 1300mW, but I've yet to test it on my meter. I wil llet you know when I do.

Wow! That's pretty impressive right there. I think I might have to get one of these. I'm still researching though on what has the best beam and dot at this high of power though. I'm debating about getting a spartan 1w, but this looks slightly more impressive because of the price.
