Dear LPF members,
I rerepsent Laserlands.com to make a statement:
The Laser-King Green 200mW series laser torch and module have a respectively higher defective or under-spec rate than other products. We decide to stop selling old version green Laser King series laser torches and modules and have been trying to develop new and stable version of this series products. This is an isolated case and not related to our other products, and that doesn't mean every Laser King series we sold are under-spec or defective. We have properly solved all the cases of return and refund. and we here say VERY SORRY to the related customers and to all members of LPF. It may hurt your confidence buying laser from us, but please never doubt our sincerity and efforts to be better. We will keep on working hard to provide stable and qualified laser products and service to all customers. Thank you for your understanding and trust!
Best Wishes!
Merry from Laserlands.com

Yes this is the way forward, unlike other china distributers who will leave you hanging for months at a time (o-likenot) you have stepped forward and taken hold of the rains and stated your intention to help people here and not just collect there money and forget about them. this is positive I hope you will keep up this level of customer satisfaction and you will always have my business for sure :)
:thanks::thanks::thanks::thanks::thanks::thanks:

Merry,

Thank you very much for your honesty and integrity. Your post shows me that you are a laser company that actually "cares" about it's reputation and it's customers. I look forward to making purchases from Laserlands in the future. :san:

Ah, that's a nice thing to see :p Companies that care enough to make their products better are surprisingly scarce these days.

I have to say though, while I've only bought laser glasses from laserlands I'm pretty happy with the quality and packaging of them. Oh, and price, of course. :p

I am hoping Laserlands will replace my King Module with some of their other green modules for review-- I have matching hosts and heatsinks ready to see how they stack up against each other and the ones being offered by other companies too. IMHO, Merry is doing all she can to make her customers happy-

-I can say that the 30mW Disco Laser is a very interesting item- does a lot of 'tricks' and puts out 42mWs in the pointer mode-- see the review by Albert (Hallucynogenyc) with my added posts. The Disco laser makes an ordinary pointer seem boring in comparision. Its the kind of item that gets somebody interested and eventually addicted to the great 'hobby'...<(*V*)>... HZ1 thanks for reading my post
EDIT TO ADD LINK Review byHallucynogenyc and myself

It is nice to see that the seller owned up to their faults and are trying to fix the problems!

This public apology and explanation is very admirable of you.
Thanks for being honest and caring about your reputation as a exporter of low cost lasers.

Thank you Merry,
The recently Laser King I bought from Laserlands was defective, however I got a full refund plus shipping fee right after I provided her the Tracking information when I returned it back, she said that was her company fault and there's no reason to keep my money longer. So I think Laserlands has the best customer service ever and I will check out Laserlands' products first when I want a laser :)

Greets----I was happy to read this---however even though I have tried to be a BFF to Merry from day one and (along wtih a few other members) encouraged her to do the review promotion and provided her with corrections to her site and EekBay listings-(never made btw)-'I call them like I see them' the King 200mW module is still for sale at the home-site and on Ebay.

Perhaps this is a more stable version- but i think not. I am fully aware the Merry is a salesperson/rep there and not the owner and she can only do so much. I appreciate the half-price deal and will post my review very soon (still waiting on my meters) and it will be unbiased:wave:.---HZ
