Thanks Andrey, Sorry to hear you were put in such a situation, but I agree, Lord willing it will never happen. But in case it does, use anything and everything. There are two rules. First rule is, I win. Second rule is, they lose.

about 'harmless'-NO its NOT harmless-- IMO it would not work otherwise--- it will for sure cause bright after-images- a sure sign that you got hit w/ too much.
NON LETHAL does NOT mean harmless.

about someone thinking you had a ('real')gun-- no doubt-- even more-so if it is seen as a laser sight on a handgun

So true Hakzaw1, nonlethal does not mean harmless. Yes, it could cause a major problem if your not careful, like it's been stated. Like all things you need to be use wisdom when using it. It is something that could be easily mistaken. So if your aware of that going in. Take extra precautions.
