Update 3/14/13
Glasses are now back to $7.95 shipped Even though it is $3 more again it is still a heck of a deal.
I feel these glasses deserve a review based on their price/performance ratio. They are now selling for $5.00 free shipping in US on ebay with hard case. I bought 5 pairs when they were around $7 each now the price has dropped. I have performed a test for you to determine its performance... I did the test multiple times because my phone is being funny and kept freezing so i have burn marks all over the glasses. It withstands 2800+mw of 445nm with a 0mw reading on my laserbee and i have done this multiple times with the same results.
Update due to a request I also own an HDE yellow pair which I tested in the second video. I didn't use a g2 lens that is why the power is different for this one i still think 2w+ is plenty The yellow does not work like the red does it allowed 54mw through ..... This is better than nothing and they work fine for minimum risk lazering! But for ideal protection get the red glasses.

So this is my final test for the HDE glasses I opened up another pair to make sure I didn't just luck out with a random good pair. I test it first with the 445nm and still nothing.... then i tested the old pair against a 405nm and it preformed just as well
Part 1
Part 2
I know they have fingerprints all over them
Just added a demo of an unfiltered green and how infrared passes right through for educational purposes. I used an IR pass filter and then the glasses. There was a 1mw difference but that could of been because i was just holding the laser and didn't have it in a set position.
P.S. I have no idea what i was watching on tv
