I want to support this ebay seller, because dennyzhaogoods actually knows how his products work, and he's a pretty cool guy; just assuming he's a guy
When I sold my first item on ebay, they sent me a spin the wheel game of chance to win 5, 10, or 15 USD in ebay credit. So I used my $10 credit on the best laser I could find. I typed in "red burning laser", which returned less results than you'd expect, and sent the question 'how many milliamps is this laser driven at' to every seller who was listed. In the end, seller dennyzhaogoods was the only one to respond, saying about his $14 650nm red laser pointer:
Thank you contact me.
I was too busy today, the laser operation curren is 0.44A at 4.2V, the name of the laser diode is HLD6580250, the rated power is 250mw, the actual power is about 230mw.
So I knew he knows his stuff. And here it is
Here's its power on 3.2v and 4.2v
And the quality of the lens: it only has one spec of dust on the entire thing
This is, and I told him, the best thing I ever bought on ebay.
