Yeah... they ship when they receive the parts.. :-?

I've had a 5 item order take 2 months to complete.. they shipped 3 different
times for those 5 items. If you're in a hurry and don't want to save some $$$$
you better buy somewhere else. ;)

Under the command economy...that might be just that simple.
On the manufacturing side: if raw materials doesn't come in on time, goods don't get produced, if goods can't be produced obviously nothing can be shipped.
On the operation side: whether the goods can be labeled in stock or out of order will depend on local regulation policy, under the assumption that there is NO regulation they can keep the "in stock" sign on even if the product is below the reorder point or simply out. Once the purchase transaction is made, your loss is easily their gain. And don't both trying to rebuke, they know how to counter...by delaying phone calls, shipping the wrong ordeals then apologizing through a prewritten set of phrases, stall stall stall...with the hope that you as a buyer would just forget the whole affair.
On the Administrative side, they utilize what I call "single time sale" or fooling enough customers to pay for a product thats below its rated value, or simply a defective product bought cheap from rejects, then eliminating that product and open another sku of a similar product.

Many DX trials, many losses, many emails, and what I receive?
Physical fatigue and psychological burnout...no product, no refund
