This is going to be my first review here on the LPF. Let's get started.:can:
So, Here goes the timeline:
Pre-sale:
9th December - I Order the Laser, Payment confirmed
aypal:
10th December - Blord ships the laser W/ Tracking (Reg. parcel)
13th December - Reaches Mumbai Foreign Post
14th December - Into customs (inb)
27th December - For dispatch (outb) Note: I was charged a fine for ordering Lithium Batteries.
2nd January'14 - I receive the Parcel
So, all these days I wasn't really at my home and also was occupied with semesters and thus this delay to review my first ever 445nm.
Post-Sale support:
After using this laser for a while, I have experienced few problems,:cryyy: the laser would not work and this I reported to blord. I was asked to mail the Host immediately as he offered warranty on it but I wasn't able to do so because of shitty Indian laws.
And I was offered a new module/driver/diode set which was shipped in the end of January, which I received on the first week of Feb.
I am extremely happy that blord acknowledged my trouble with laser and shipped me the replacement part whereas other sellers might have said their responsibility would only seized until the laser is shipped and they won't offer post-sale support.
I'd recommend my fellow laser enthusiasts to buy from Blord, who is not only a well known celebrated builder in the LPF community but also a great person to have businesses with.
