Hello everyone first time posting. I think this is a pretty common laser from gadget sites but I'll review it anyway.

I ordered this laser from bestofferbuy on Sunday the 8th of August and it had arrived by Saturday the 14th. In total it cost me £22.83 for the laser + another £3 for a CR2 charger I purchased.
(I had chosen the free shipping option so was pretty impressed.)

The laser came in a presentational box:

The laser looks like this assembled:

The laser can be disassembled into 4 separate parts:

The switch and battery cap.
The main tube.
The circuits and diode.
The focusing cap.

Here's a video of the laser unfocused and focused:
YouTube - 200mw red laser from bestofferbuy

It can light matches, pop balloons, burn paper ect.
Overall I'm pretty impressed. Feel free to ask me any questions about it.

did they ship to N.America?

Well I'm in the UK and had no problems, I don't think there are any laws here regarding importing lasers.

Sorry I have no idea if they ship to the US or not. I think I may have seen something on their site that said they didn't but I can't find that anymore.

Unfortunately no .. the head is completely different. Actually even the switch is different and the switch piece has different screw. Or it may be different manufacturers and it all only looks similar. The driver is the same though (even if driver can't be so easily dismantled on the new style).

I had this 'old style' laser and the focus head was really loose. I put a spring under it which made it usable, but without it was really bad. The new one is pretty tight. There is still some play, but I only learned about it when trying to get best dot over 100 meters (watching it with binoculars, everything on tripods).

Ah my one did come with a spring under the lenses, so that's what it's for.
