2D Maglite 445nm 2W Jayrob Build

First I would like to say that Jayrob was awesome to deal with. I had alot of questions (mostly stupid) and he never failed to answer promptly and throughly. I ordered a 2D Maglite with FlexmodP3 driver w/ Hot option set at 1.8A, 2 Feilong 326500's, and a really neat Key Switch option. I sourced a M140 in a AixiZ module and when I got it togther I was amazed. The laser is incredibly bright and even seems to overwhelm my safety googles when I turn it on inside. So yeah, really great work Jay. Unforutantly after all the wait and money I am going to put it up for sale. I want to put these funds elsewhere and this is ultimately a toy and a hobby I wanted to dip my toes into. That has nothing to do with the build quaility or the laser itself because it is top notch! You mentioned that you were wanting to sell it , to put the money into other things. But did not say what you would sell it for.

Also to add, the directions that came with th kit were very good. I was just a complete noob and way to excited to get it together that I tried to do it my own way and had a goof with it. Basically when you have everything soldered together, you screw the head onto the body first before you put the headsink/driver in. I didnt and one of the wires pulled off the driver. So I ended up buying from 26 AWG from a certian laser store online... Dont know if I can say?... but anyways I got it fixed up and has worked great. Moral of the story is, dont be a fool and just carefully read instructions haha
