my custom has my laser... i don't know when they will give it to me... :(...... :( i wanted so much this laser... at 100mw... i hate italian custom

Well don't worry bud, they aren't all 100mW. I just got 5 more in the mail for co-workers. 3 Just barely hit the 70mW mark and the other 2 are 50mW. I got 5 really crappy ones. It is as if they gave me the bottom of the barrel but made sure to do so with all of the lasers so I wouldn't suspect that any one of them was underspec. Instead I noticed that they are all underspec. Sucks for my co-workers. I still have the 2 50mW ones. Garbage. Also the divergence is just horrific on all five of these. Absolutely horrific.

yes.. but focalpriced assured me a unith that can BURN.... and to not receive this laser only because a am in ITALY... it's a bad thing. italy is compared to africa... nigeria...or south africa like lost pack. i don't know why italian custom is so stupid and break me balls.... i lost my pack... they have the pack and do not give me it to me....because burocracy is too long...i've made request.. request.. requests.... but they are only words... no one hear me at the custom's department.

i don't want to use a lawjer......... because lasers are illegal...... but i have 3 packs bloked.. and one from february!!!!! what should i do? kill all them? put a bomb at the custom? i can't go at a lawjer.... i bought illegal lasers.... damnation..!!!i can do NOTHING....

but my next purchase... i WILL SEVERELY REQUEST to put every laser disassembled... for example.. pen laser... UNsrewed.. in 2 part...(battery and diode).. and not attauched. there should be a system to pass custom...for example add some USELESS metal tube... in the shipment... that could make more difficult for custom... to find with x-rays ( i don't know the real method's name used by custom to scan pack) a laser pointer....

I feel your pain brother. 10 Fold. In any case the reason they can guarentee burning capabilities is because they focus the laser spot down to the smallest point. That is why it will still burn at very low powers and have outrageous divergence.

Clean the lens to fix the beam/spot.

Open the rear and remove the batteries. Look down the tube to where the driver and button are. You may have to remove a foam "shield" around the spring. Look to see if the driver is twisted out of "square" with the button and/or if there is nothing under the board to support it.

If it is twisted, the only way to fix it is to disassemble it. If it is just flexing down, you can cut something small (wood, plastic, etc) to push under the driver board to raise and support it.

hey man mine seems to have the same exact problem but it didnt when i first got it earlier today. now it looks EXACTLY like that. Can this be from overheating?? I didnt drop it or anything like that, I cant see why this would happen. Do you have any advice on how to fix it that I would understand? I dont know what a driver is or anything...
