This short review is based on the "200mW" Gatlin style laser >here<
THE LASER
I ordered this laser, cause I was interested in the TRUE power and cause I wanted an underwater laser. Paid $84.50 incl shipping. The laser came in a nice looking brown colored box with padded yellow velvety inside. I was glad no to see the typical box. The required 16430 battery was also included. The laser is focusable and has an ON/OFF power button on the back. It is VERY smooth to unsrew the tailcap, never noticed this before with non DIY/CNI lasers. The laser is 40mm in diameter and 112mm long. It passes the waterproof test.
SHIPPING
The whole process from ordering to the receive took about 6 weeks. Time from ordering to shipping status was 2 weeks. Communication with the FB-staff was helpful. Even if they told me that the laser isn´t waterproof
POWER
Average power is between 95-97mW, peak at 98mW. Very stable, 13mW IR in the output. Laser is able to pop balloons and light matches.
PICS

VIDS
Can be watched in HD 720p
Power test
Popping a balloon
Overall experience
Saw the laser on O-Like before. The 100mW version is $97 + shipping there. I´m happy with this laser and looking forward to do some real underwater shots with a (female) friend of mine. Underwater cam is ready.
