Here is a quick review for a very nice blue laser in a C6 host with a copper heatsink by Blord. I have ordered it from this thread but requested it in a C6 host. This is my first review :yh:
Shipping
Very fast responses from Blord and shipping time was very good. Blord had shipped the laser within 24 hours of payment and was at my door in 6 business days. Nothing was damaged and was protected in two layers of bubble wrap and a nice cardboard box.
Laser
This laser is in a sturdy C6 host and feels nice in the hand. It uses two 18350 batteries and is quite heavy. The laser burns all of the things high power things would burn: Paper, balloons, matches, etc. The heatsink in this laser was wrapped in a piece of foil to prevent it from wiggling in the case. The heatsink was a bit tarnished when I got it so I shined it up with some sandpaper and copper polish. I do not own an LPM so here is the chart sent to me by Blord.
Here are some mediocre beamshots taken without fog. My first ones
A short little video of this laser burning stuff
Some accessories I bought for the laser. Don't know why the batteries are that color they are much darker than in the picture.
Overall
This laser is a very good laser for the price and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants their first high-power laser. Although the heatsink was a bit tarnished, it was easily shined up. The lens is very easily focused and has a spring underneath it, the focus adapter is a bit short and it is easy to burn your fingers while focusing. Blord also gave me two lens caps and a clear box for batteries for free
Pros
+Very good construction
+Fast shipping
+Over spec
+Quick communication
+Focusable
+Free LPM graph
Cons
-Dirty heatsink (easily polished)
-Focus adapter is a little short for the C6 host
9.5/10
