Default Woundering about battery sizes..

so my question is are there batteries the size of AA but with more voltage? or maybe half the size with the same voltage? ive just discovered this new wide world of different batteries lol dont know enough about them yet..

the thing is i got a host that will fit 1 AA but i need more than the 1.5V to run the laser i want to run.. so im woundering (even if its not a tight fit) if i use other batteries to obtain a higher voltage and have them fit in the same host..

thank you all

Is another option for lithium's, AW's are of better quality to UF/SF etc brands, they also are protected while DX's brands are not.

It means it can not be over charged or or discharged which would permanently damage a li-ion cell.

It also prevents short-circuiting which can potentially lead to fire or an explosion.

Or you can get 1/3 AA NiMH batteries :

But lithium ones have a much higher capacity.
