a laser from a cd player or burner will more than likely be useless, it will produce an ivisible beam which can be very dangerous because you dont know where your pointing it.
The index on there is more than likely just who makes it or what the product number it is, its unimportant.

I am guessing that you are saying that you have aLaser diode from a CD player/drive/burner (delete where not applicable) and there is a code on it that says UPajt and you want to know if anyone knows what its output is likely to be....Would that be about right?
I will probably regret this but....... It may be that English is not your native tounge, if so you have an excuse, if on the other hand you are an English speaker..... Members of this forum will help anyone who helps themselves, you do that by posting in plain English, as that way we will know what you mean.

Your first post was pretty bad but the last 2 were perfectly good english
any diode you get from a cd player/burner will be ir, if its from a burner the output will be around 100mw
Although what you have right there looks just like the optical pickup, or it could be the optical pickup and laser all in the same housing, either way it really wont be useful, you cant even put it in a housing without some serious drilling and grinding.

There you go you have an excuse!
There are a number of threads about LD's harvested from CD/DVD burners, they will tell you which ones are good and which to leave alone, looks like yours may not be much use. Try a search but remember the default search is one week so change that to a year to get a good selection.

btw i cant buy a housing because this is bulgaria not usa and here we dont have such things we have to order them from usa (or to search long time in BG)which means that i have to pay 100$ for delivery

The shipping does take about 3 to 6 weeks tho, but most of the time you will get it in 3-4 weeks.

yes you can trust there shipping, it does take quite a while, normaly 3-6 weeks, normaly 3 weeks but it will always get there.
There are many people here who have bought from them and so far i havent heard of anyone not getting their order.

do a search for dx30 its a good laser and yes you can trust dx i think i have invested over $380 in them : ) and have received all my products in about 4-6 weeks : ) i have the dx200 and its an awsom laser
