What's a good soldering iron for SMT work?

I have a Weller SP23 with a few tips. Generally, I do pretty good with it.

I need to mod a few driver / circuit boards, so I'm in the market for an inexpensive ~15W~ fine-tip iron.

I'm not looking to buy a metcal or any variable power iron. Just a simple, inexpensive fine-tip iron. If it has interchangeable cone - screwdriver tips, that'd be a plus.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I know you said you just want an iron, but I've heard good things about this one and I'd definitely buy it if I was buying a new iron:

Right now, I'd really like to get one of those, but here's what I use:

I also have a 40W I use for heavy duty stuff. Also, with SMD components, while almost any soldering iron will be able to solder a component to the board, removing it is a different story, which is what the hot-air rework station is good for.
