What projectors have what diodes?

Ok, I have spent the last few hours scouring not only this site but others and I can't get a straight answer nor a full list so I eventually decided just to post a thread to see if anyone had a clear answer!

Essentially I just want a list of projectors that have harvest worthy diodes, how many they have and what type? (don't ask for much... Do I? lol)
For example does a c@sio Xj-m140 projector have m-140 diodes? And if that's so, what diodes does a xj-m150 or a xj-a155 have in them?
I just want to keep my eye out for cheap projectors to harvest as I often come into contact with alot of second hand electronics such as hybrid projectors.

Any and all input would be greatly appreciated!

Yes the m140 projector carries the m140 diodes. The best source i know of for the 9mm diodes is the BenQ LX60ST, as the diodes all have the lenses attached to them that people have dubbed "G9" lense. DTR has a thread on PL of teardowns hes done, and lots/all the other projectors he tore apart had the exact same setup, just with different lenses, not attached to the individual diodes. Those lenses are too big to put in an aixiz module, so they are a bit useless to us.

Thanks crazyspaz, could you link to that specific thread? I have looked for hours but I may just be using the wrong search terms?

A major reason why I asked is because a XJ-A155V came across my desk today and I wanted to know what exactly was in it? Along with any others that I may come across?
