Hi all - after limited help and days of searching, I've settled on combining 650 and 450nm lasers for my project. The output goal is low-power since it will be diffused as a prop, and that seems to be my curse - everyone just wants to burn stuff.
It looks like my build will have to come from three different locations, so I'm just running it by this experienced community for any company/shipping adjustments.
650nm 1mw from AixiZ $4
450nm 5mw from Rothner $77
Beam combiner from O-ring $7
List edit: Blue-pass dichroic filter from Lasershow Parts $20

Any alternate suggestions for shipping ease?
I know my fellow Texan, hakzaw1, is a big supporter of AixiZ, but I'm having problems finding the blue low-powered lasers.

well the combiner from o-like doesn't come with the splitter cube and I've heard the mount bore is an obscure size where the standard 12mm modules does not fit. I'm about to order one myself but I need to contact susie from o-like to figure this out!

Ugh. Yep, thanks, didn't see that. Their site has two lenses, but are each coated. I guess the next trick is finding good uncoated combiners. Stupid purple props. All in the name of safety.
Please keep me updated on any info you find!

Edit: snagged a pair of used ones that pass 650 and reflect 450 from a US seller.
Now to secure....everything else.

Ugh. Just realized they're only 3mm. Opting for a dichroic filter.

Anyone have references to the box-host used in the referenced pink build? Doing searches has only gotten me through tons of custom lathe builds, but I don't plan on this being battery-powered.
