I have a Ultrafire cr123a and the PCB (protection board) was broken so I disamble it..Now it's without protection board and working now
It wil be still maximum 4.2 volts and if I not overcharge it it wil be safe battery?

Assuming that you're using a smart-charger with cut-off it will be fine.
