unknow red laser module

hello to every one.
First of all sorry for my English...
I need an help from you because i'm praticte of laser, and no one I know can help me.
The last week I buyed a laser machine (cheap model).
At the beginning work great...really great...
yesterday, after few minutes of working the red line bacome really poor.
The machine are on warranty, but, ship back to chinavision (where I buyde this machine) is really expensive (more than 50 euros...).
So I decide to open the machine and take a look inside.
I unfixed the red module and my desire is buy a new one.
But I really dont know how to buy and how is called .
A mda a pic of the product and of the red module.
Someone can suggest to me about this ?
How can I be shure is the module or the elctronic controller?
Fact:
the module is 18 mm diameter for 18 mm lenght
is in a black metal hose
is attached to an electronic module that control also the green laser
the green laser are working perfect.
the module made tha "game" and control trough sound or automatic.

After a lot of courage I decide to sezionate the module (I understaind that is possible).

So, I found the diode inside, but nothing is writed on, no brand or power...
I think is normal.
I know that:
Is a Chinese Product (the laser show machine)
and in the booklet is declared like "red 650 nm 100 mW".
The size of the diode (without cable...destroyed...) is 8.5 mm circonference,
6 mm height.
Somebody helm to found this module ?
Another question: this module need only a controlled power or
need a control module ?

Probably, you can easily replace it with any aixiz module with a red diode inside (by the way, i'm in Italy and have some of them, if you need and don't find them around )

But this depend ..... from the spaces and fittings inside the unit ..... do you have any pic of the internal part of the unit, for see how it was fit in, and how much space there is ?

I see ..... there is enough space for the head part of an aixiz module, with a little more in the back part for the wires, but not for a whole module ..... anyway, if the driver is already on the board, no need for an extra driver.

The only problem that i see there, is that they used a larger diode host, so probably the aixiz head don't fit in the holder, alone ..... you need to build a spacer, or at least, to get an aixiz head modified with something soldered around ..... are you sure about the measures of the module, 18mm of diameter ?

Vedo, c'e' abbastanza spazio per la testa del modulo, ma non per un modulo intero, comunque se il driver e' gia sulla scheda, non ne serve un'altro ..... l'unico problema che vedo e' che hanno usato un modulo piu largo dell'aixiz, cosi quello non lo puoi inserire direttamente, ti serve uno spessore o un modulo modificato ..... mi confermi che il modulo originale era 18mm di diametro ?

You think can I put e new red diode inside the cilinder or any diode is differente from other else ?
now the metallic cilinder is empty, so, if Y put inside a new diode I think the game is over.
Otherwise, no problem, I chnaghe the corner alluminium support to fit a new one. But, about the driver, you think that work whitout problem in any kind of red laser...
I mean's, if the driver is realizide for a red diode "xy", that work in another one like "xx" ?
If yes I have only to found a complete module or the laser and install back.
You told me that you have and you are in Italy, pls, trough the privat contact, can you explain to me the way to buy ?
