Focalprice.com offers Mini 9-LED Bright Flashlight Torch (Blue) ,discount Mini 9-LED Bright Flashlight Torch (Blue),Mini 9-LED Bright Flashlight Torch (Blue) products, low price Mini 9-LED Bright Flashlight Torch (Blue),cheap Mini 9-LED Bright Flashli

but i was wondering if these are the same, cause i wanna get the blue one

and does anyone who owns one of these know the diameter of the flashlight head

i wanna fit a 1" washer in there as a heatsink

member LASER66 sells a heatsink designed for 9LED flashlights on eBay for a nice price, and it includes a module w/acrylic lens, so I think they're all the same size. I would check out the heatsink, a former member here bought one and said it was great.

There's enough room for a LM317 driver if you build it compact :)

Copper pipe ends work also. Then stuff it with copper reducers until it is a little loose for the aixiz (metric standard conversion makes this loose). Home depot about 5-7 dollars.

Then head on over to the hardware area and find a tap drill set for another 5-7 dollars. Find the matching set screw for .59 cents and your good to go.

These flashlights have very little room for drivers. I had trouble stuffing a rkcstr in this.

Check your local liquor store for this host. It will be next to the cash register in a cardboard display. I have 30 or so if you really want a blue one I can double check. PM me for details once I get home.

EDIT: Harbor freight has the focalprice one but the lens is glued on. Inside the cap it doesn't have the same (Pill?) that screws in and out as easy as the ones that I have.

EDIT again: if you are going to use Li battries (14400?)look for small magnets to take up the extra space because they are a little shorter then a normal aaa. http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.3461

Oh, let me go find my camera so you can have a gander.
In image 1 the left insert is wrong but I put it in to show that it is 3 parts. Each reducer is much thicker then the cap that holds them all. The blue flashlight in the background is brand spanking new. The quality is much better then the ones you found on the top of the page but the dimensions are the same.

sorry to thread jack this a little and also to bump it but i bought a 9led min flashlight from one of my local asda, it looks like this: 9 LED Mini Flashlight - CREELEDFLASHLIGHT.NET but its silver and i removed all the driver and led stuff, so now at the top is a big hole and you can touch the positive pole on the battery holder, but what i dont get is where is the negative charge coming from, i know it contacts a spring at the bottom but how does it get from the spring at the bottom to the top where i will have a driver of some sort mounted, any ideas? thanks in advance

It is called a necro-post, not a thread-jack.

Through the case. (there is no driver in that type of LED flashlight)

If you cann't figure that out, you should really do a LOT more reading before you try to build.......
