what you're looking for would be a male-to-male DC barrel jack/plug cable, usually they are classified by the size of the barrel and the center pole inside

Buy two of these: DC Power Convert Cable 5 5x2 1mm DC Power Female to 5 5x2 5mm Male 17cm 1pc | eBay
Snip off the female ends and solder the wire together :beer:
