Without seeing your exact module, and going from the pics on DX, it appears to be a regular 5.6mm (TO-18) diode.

It will also be capable of 100mws of 808nm single mode operation!

the diode screws directly into the module. you would need that kind of diode which is special made for that module.

Is there any green DPSS module (from DX or china) which I can remove the diode from?:rolleyes:

You are going backwards. Normally, people don't buy a fully assembled green laser to extract the Infrared (808nm) diode out of.
808nm diodes are as cheap as dirt on their own.

Are you just trying to make a brighter green? Because simply changing a 300mW diode out for a 1000mW diode will not do it. The crystals inside will likely melt (or distort) under higher pump power.
Just make your own.

I've used a 1W 808nm pump diode on a crystal set from a 2mW pointer. I got easily 60mW out, it still works. My "200mW" giving 80mW actually had a smaller crystal set.
