Scorpion Storm RGX

Hello, I am new here. Please excuse my post if it is in the wrong forum.
My Chauvet Scorpion Storm laser has started to malfunction. It is a red & green laser, and the red laser either works intermittently or not at all.
The Chauvet user manual makes mention of the possibility to adjust the mirrors, however no instruction is given on how to do so. If there is anyone here that can help it would be much appreciated. I'll be calling Chauvet tech support in the am, but came accross this page tonight while searching for resources.

Sounds like the driver needs replacing on that red, or the whole module. If it were a problem with the galvos/steppers, it would be evident in the green too as neither would work properly.

Thank you gentlemen. I called Chauvet and they promptly gave me an RMA # and instructions to send it in for warranty work or replacement. It's on the way to them and should be in their hands by the 9th of this month. I'll let you all know how it goes, I appreciate the time you spent to comment.
