Putting diode/module in rayfoss host

I have a RF660-200mw-FWT grey host from rayfoss.com. I had the laser in it until it broke and I took it out (which I was told was the only solution) and I'm trying to replace the module. Where can I buy one?

Not sure if they sell Module in that style. But if you send me the Host i can Fix it for you and make you a 300mW one instead of your older 200mW.
