This looks like a more or less normal raw output. Both my 445s have this raw output.

In it's smallest possible form?
Have you tried actually screwing it in and out while laser is on and see if the dot size change converges at any particular lens setting?

bow tie shape with three-element lenses seems to indicate a lens that was disassembled and then reassembled in the wrong order, or a lens barrel that was put in backwards.
Either way, just get a glass lens coated for ~445nm and be done with it ;-)
