So from that it may be impractical to combine two green modules through a PBS cube as the polarization will change?

I suppose the only way to find out is to try.. you could set up a green laser and check if its polarization stays the same over time and at various temperature. I think this will be the case. But if you want to combine 2 greens using PBS you'd just have to try rotating the modules for the best result.

I guess so. I'll add it to my, "To Do List". Man, it's getting long!

I can see it being a more difficult process simply because the beams are better but it may be worth a go.
