You know, I just realized, but since this laser is putting out 512mW, it is now classified as a Class 4 laser.

Guys, this is getting ridiculous. You've obviously hooked up the wrong laser meter head to the meter. It's off by at least an order of magnitude.

Is 512mW much more visible compared to 200mW?

Jay has shown us the comparison between 150, 171 and 384 mW in the &quot;BR &amp; Violet lasers - New High Power Blu-ray Sled! - SF-AW210 Graph!&quot;, reply #54. It would be exceptional to have a similar comparison by adding also the beam of this 512mW monster!
