I've been told by another member that they are trust-worthy.
I've just purchased two lasers and goggles from them. I'll let you know how it goes when I get them in.

I purchased a green 200mw laser pointer from Lasersman.com
on the 4th of December. Today is the 30th and no LASER has arrived.
I tried to contact them via Email,because they do not provide a phone number and their fax number is not a valid number,to ask for a tracking number and there has been no reply . I was forced to call my bank and reverse the charges. If the so called shipped laser ever arrives , I will be more than happy to repay for it. But we all know there is no shipped laser. If anyone has had this problem I would suggest to do the same. I love the way this company claims to be in the US, instead CHINA.

What I've heard laserman.com is very good company.
But the shipping is free, so it may take really long..
You should have waited more, as the laser might come in the next weeks.
You just need to be patient

Well, I'm going to leave my order then, since I wouldn't mind losing 43$
(10$ are already lost because something I ordered became redundant)

You are too impatient, you need to remember that the package is coming from China and with the holidays it will probably take longer. Items coming from China usually take 3 to 6 weeks or longer.

I'm a newbie on here, in search of relevant information. I also ordered from Lasersman, this was done on the 21st Dec' 2011. One enquiry from me to Laserman has suggested that the laser will be sent as soon as possible. The tracking number is pointless, in fact my 'order' is still quoted as 'processing' 18 days after confirmation.
One more email sent for them to clarify what the hell is going on, then it's off to the cc company to file a complaint for fraudulent transaction.
I'm in the UK, avoid this company, all this rubbish about acceptable delivery is nonsense. If this company traded in the EU they would be in serious trouble for their less than clear trading practices. Seriously, don't take a chance with this company.

My order from lasersman was stuck in processing for a wile too. However I did receive a package yesterday. Unfortunately only half of the 13 lasers I ordered were accounted for. Still not sure what to do from here.

Well the rest of lases are on the way. The tracking number I have indicates they have finally started to move. For about 13 days it just said "accepted" but now they are in transit. Lasersman is the cheapest site around. I am happy with the products I have received so far. I got fast replies to all of my emails. I would recommend just being patient if you order from them. They obviously know what they are doing. The lady I spoke with said they had to split up my order because it was a large order and they didn't want me to have problems with customs. She apologized for the delay and sent me an additional coupon code to use on my next order. I will do business with them again.
I placed an order for a 100mw green laser from them on december 23 and its now the 16th of january and all they have said is there trying to get my order together and when i log in to my account it still says processing under status and i have sent 3 emails and have only gotten one response from them but i will let you know how it turned out if i ever get it
OMG, same dang thing happened to us; bought red laser on 12/9/11, was told 3-12 business days, they hit our acct for $87.29, and I haven't heard from them since. It's now 1/17/12, they publish NO dang phone #, the fax doesn't work and they don't reply to email. Even MORE unfortunate, our bank won't refund the $$ since it's under $100.00 and we authorized the debit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS W/THIS COMPANY

My Lasersman REKE 500 projector arrived in great shape today.
It was shipped free with tracking to Texas after paying with CC on Jan 5th. 12 days at this time of year for free shipping is excellant IMO.
the price was only 209$ after the coupon discount.
On my Kenometer Lite LPM it peaked at 550mW- so my best guess is that this China PJ is close to spec. The alignment is quite good- the R+G to make yellow is almost perfect and same with the magenta(R+B)-- the white is a little pinkish. There is a lot of flicker. The built in stuff is crude and boring after a short time. It appears to me to be either steppers or maybe that is just how 10K scanners look. I am fairly certain that the lasers are only TTL. I get my QS today or Wed and will do a proper review after I get a chance to see how well they work together.
Once my DIY 2W RGB PJ is finished this Reke will be used as a satilite PJ.
This^^ is my first experience with Lasersman.

They are a scam! Don't throw away your money. I ordered a laser from them back in December, about a $30 purchase. Thank god I didn't buy the $400 one I was looking at. The point is that they charged me for the laser but they never sent it. I sent them many, many emails asking what was going on with my order and they never responded back, ever. Worse yet they do not list a phone number. You can look this up on their site for yourself. They list no phone number. Any company that intentionally does not list a phone number is most likely, logically speaking, not going to care much about customer service, wouldn't you say? So here I am, charged for an item I never received and blatantly ignored by the company that took my money. Please learn from my misfortune and don't make the same mistake. I would LOVE to hear from who said that they actually had a good experience with this "company".

I am amazed how posters claim that they have good support, which is obviously not the case. Looking at the post count from the ones making these claims leads me to believe that they are trying to convince us that this company is legit. Might even be the company or affiliates themselves that are making these statements.
It is common knowledge here on LPF that O-Like.com both have good support and quality, so why try to save a few $ buying from those "china wholesalers" who all pack the same inferior quality.
EDIT: A link was posted earlier to a laserman/DinoDirect GB = Shitty wholesale quality. That tells you that its all the same, DD, LaserMan, Pickegg.com etc. So imho you would defo be better off buying from O-Like.

It seems someone at least had good experiences with them, getting fast replies and all. Odd how its so inconsistent when it comes to a simple thing like replying to questions.
