I've received prompt replies as well, and my order has indeed shipped, but it took a LONG time for that to happen compared to Lazerer and LaserLands. They're a drop shipper which means they hold no stock, so that's to be expected though.

order placed: 2/14/12 8AM HK Time
order shipped: 3/5/12 (no tracking info yet)

Received an email a month and several inquiries after ordering and finally got my tracking info. Only to discover my laser has been sitting at the LAX international services usps sorting facility since 13:09 march 7th. Hopefully it just shows up today.
Haha then tonight i received a response from over a week ago giving me the same tracking info. also it didnt show up today :(

45 days from purchase to my hand. Product is perfect and overspec :D Order from lasersman if you dont need your laser any time soon

Don't buy from lasersman.com!!!!

Here is the email (start at the bottom)of my bad experience with lasersman...23 days ''before'' shipping and many pretexts...and lies.

cherrylee is but one- there are at least one more perhaps two.

Yes over 3 months laters...
I don't understand why the compagnie don't have laser in stock, and call for build the laser...same thing with RAYFOSS. The website says that have 15 in stock...
