So just a few things I wanted to have a seasoned veteran go over with me if anyone would be so kind(everyone here is always so willing to help).my first laser just arrived and although I haven't really been able to tinker with the focusing due to my glasses having not arrived yet and I'm too nervous to really do anything without them. When I first opened the box I put the batteries in and I pointed the laser at a white wall about it was a matte finish about 30 feet away during broad daylight and just clicked it on just to see you know what it look like in the beam just looking at it for a few seconds was enough to make my eyes kind a like sort give me a headache. But I just couldn't seem to burn anything very easy except the black garbage bag , and the focusing I tried to do outside didn't really seem to get that small.

Would this be a 301 by chance? Or 303?

Welcome to LPF TheDroller! :)

Looking at the beam of a laser is safe, regardless of power. However, it's recommended to not stare at a high powered laser's dot for too long. There are tons of threads about similar members who have asked the exact same question, just take a look at the search bar below and type Chinese 450nm laser. Should be able to answer your questions.

Most your gonna get in 405nm is about 1w I suppose yours is a good deal less, are the batteries fully charged?

Also, viewing 405nm appears dim without safety glasses, DO NOT BE MISTAKEN!!
It can blind you. WAIT ON YOUR SAFTEY GLASSES
