Default need help with voltage for laser

Hello smarties,

I bought this diode:

150mW 405nm Blue-Violet "blu-ray" Laser Diode in Module - eBay Other, Lighting Lasers, Industrial Supply MRO, Business Industrial. (end time 24-Aug-09 15:01:04 AEST)

And this driver:

405nm blu-ray laser diode driver/405nm laser diode - eBay (item 170370671669 end time Sep-09-09 04:43:24 PDT)

How much DC voltage should I pump into the driver?

Ooo and also..

It says (VCC "+" Power) and (VCC "+").

Which one to I connect the + DC power cord to?

Sorry for the newbie questions. I've tried to look it up but can't find anything. :P

It says in the specs 'input voltage 3 to 5 volts'... (that means anywhere between 3 and 5 volts)

It looks like a 'case positive' driver similar to the drivers on green modules.

I am interested if these drivers are regulating well or not.

Has anybody tested these yet?

I've hooked up 3 x 1.5v Batteries to the driver (4.5v). It works, but there's no heat what so ever coming out.. Need more voltage?
