Need help with diode press/no module

Hi guys I recently got a Kryton Groove and i need to put the diode in but I don't know how? I have the press tool but i'm still lost and the tutorial I saw did not show where he did this. Please Help

Yes i have a vice

In it's jaws, clamp the kryton head, a diode and a diode press. In that order. Align everything so that when you tighten the vice, a diode press tool pushes the diode nice and straight into the diode socket machined into the Kryton head.

So basically just do what you'd normally do with a module anyway. Just think of the Kryton head as a "module".
