Re: Help me complete my 445! :D

Everything is correct.

IIRC DTR Uses the White wire on the diode as the Case Neutral Pin.

You have to take off the back of the AixiZ module in order for it to fit inside the C6. Then you will see if the white wire is the case pin which iam pretty sure it is. But make sure. "Iam talking about the white wire on the diode"

First Rub the Green and white wire together to discharge the Caps on the driver so it doesn't kill your diode.

Then connect your Green wire from the driver to the black wire then connect the white wire to the red wire.

You can then either tape up the white wire so it doesn't touch anything or desolder it or cut it flush to the pin its soldered too.

Put everything together.:)

In other words, the white and green wire tips that are coming off the driver that would connect to your diode touch them together a few times. "Like you are shorting them together"

This will discharge the caps on the driver to make sure they are not charged up and and up killing your diode by chance.!

In other words again the striped ends of the White and green wire coming off the driver. Rub them together to discharge the caps on the driver before you connect it to the diode.

If you dont do this there is a Chance it will kill your diode.

Yes you are correct. Dont do anything with it.:) Tape it up or cut it off as close to the pin its attached to and tap the tip or de solder it off the diode.

Everything looks great, and your questions where answered by Lazereer.
So about the diode's white cable, just cut it and insulate it, so it wont short anything out.
