This tutorial thread will be about me build of my Kustom Magna host. I have been working on this in my head for a while and finallly had some time in the shop to put my ideas into some metal 
At the time I was just doing this for fun some I didnt nab any shots of the host being turned but I do have some of the final product and the work that went into it making it come from 6061 rod to lasing.
This host itself is made of one piece and bored through the center from the aperture, then bigger to accomdate a green module and then larger again to accomdate a 14500. The tailswitch is made of two pieces, a threaded holder and a bored section to hold the glow-in-the-dark tail clicky IMO a detail all lasers should have Shes putting out about 85mW of green with an External IR filter.
The build itself was not that difficult but the resulting product pleased me with the way it turned out I thought this contest would be a cool way to show it off
The module switch was bypassed and then a little tape was added so that it did not short with the host (ignore the scotch tape)
This is a picture of the bore and where the module was dropped in.
This is a shot of how the 14500 (case positive) fits with the module
Here are some shots of the components for the build. I dont have a real Camera and all the pictures were taken with my phone... so they'll have to do
This host is also very polished but unfortunately these pictures do not so it the justice it deserves
