Lost 3.0v AAA Batteries

I vaguely remember seeing a 3.0v rechargeable lith-ion AAA batter at DX. But i cant seem to find it. I have a couple 3.6v lith-ion AAA's but i would really like to work with a 3.0v version as well.


Any leads on this mysterious batter that i seek?
