Looking for some input/opinions on my first 405nm build.

I'm planning on building my first laser. I want to build a 405nm. I believe my list of components to purchase is right; but my question is about properly fitting the diode, and heatsinks. I've attached the pictures of the host I wish to use.

I'm planning on using:
PHR-803T Sled
Mohgasm Linear Driver
An Aixiz Module

I just don't know how to mount the diode properly and in the center of the host. Is this a bad idea for a first build? Probably, but I REALLY like this host. I'm still researching as I type this, but I think that input from other more experienced members of the community will be very helpful. I'll most likely need a custom heatsink, right?

Any insight will be appreciated. Sorry for the poor quality pictures, I sold my T2i a few months ago..

That's a pretty cool host.

All looks good. I'd say your main obstacles are going to be a heatsink and power. What are you planning on using for batteries?

Yeah a Mohgasm driver will need 2 lithium-ion batteries to drive a 405nm laser. Maybe you should try a host with more room for batteries?

I know I should start with an easier host, but I'm just in love with the size, look, and feel of this one. It's a very small host as you can see, I really don't know what to use for power yet, I'm still in the planning phase.. I'm sure I could fit at least one 16340. I'm really having a tough time researching all this actually. I really freaking love this host and want to build it. Getting it to fit, finding/building a custom heatsink, etc. It's going to be a headache..
