I ordered a laser off of laserbtb, and Kevin said he didn't have the crystals to make it, and he offered a handheld or a refund, and I asked for a refund but PayPal doesn't say he didn't refund it, and its been over 12 hours and he hasn't replied. Does anyone have anything to say about this? Please help:undecided:

same thing just happened to me. Don't worry, he will refund you. Give it twelve more hours and if he still hasn't send him another email.

It may take a little for them to respond. As for Paypal it can sometimes take weeks for them to actually transfer the funds back, but typically it's within a few days after the seller issues the refund.

If you payed with a credit/debit card through PayPal the transfer should be instant.

He didn't for me. He emailed me and asked if I wanted a refund. So I emailed back and told him I did. The next day I had my money back, and he didn't email me to tell me he did.

Last time I had a refund through my debit card it took 3 business days. I'm sure it differs depending on card, timing, or whether or not they particularly care that day lol.

also paypal is going through a policy change and separating from ebay so things might just be taking a while.. also try not to double and triple post in a row its not allowed and this is in the wrong thread

Plus you are on this side of the pond and it is a holiday weekend. That might slow things down for the refund to show on this end.
