IR Laser - how to build with a high-power diode?

Hi,
I'm working on my first diy-laser.
I'm thinking of buying this diode: cgi.ebay.com/HIGH-POWER-BURNING-COHERENT-LASER-DIODE-25W-LENS_W0QQitemZ290309831028QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item290309831028&_trksid=p3911.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1205|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318|301%3A0|293%3A1|294%3A50#ebayphotohosting

which already includes a lense. Now, what circuit would I need to run it? What kind of heatsink is necessary? Is there anything else I need to pay attention to? I got OD7+ IR goggles from Phillips Safety.

It would be great if someone could help me or give me perhaps some links to a tutorial on this board, as I already searched but couldn't find one :( [at least not for diodes in this power range]

Thanks in advance!
