Infrared laser

Hello i have buyed these,
5 6mm 500mW 808nm Infrared IR Laser Diode specially for Producing Green Lasers | eBay

808nm 100 500mW Laser Diode Laser Module Laser Light Driver Constant Current | eBay

and when i tried to connect,i see in diode red light but not bright and driver is heating up.What is the problem? Maybe cant connect this diode to driver?

You bought infrared laser diodes, 808nm is a little outside of the human visible spectrum.

The driver will heat up during normal use. And yes, you bought an infrared diode which is barely visible. You saw "to produce green laser" but just the diode will not do this. You need to pass the laser through a crystal, which is more than you bargained for I assume. This laser is not bright but very dangerous. It will blind you before you can react because it's so dim in appearance. Be careful.

Buy your diodes from DTR'S lasers. Search him on Google. He is a member and an excellent supplier of our diodes. If ebay is your fancy, buy from seller tech hood. .
638nm 650nm is red. 532nm 520nm green, 405nm violet, 445nm blue . However the 532 is not just a diode, it's the 808nm you got already with the crystal to make it green. All the others are diode. I strongly recommend DTR. All the diodes he sells are more what you need. Make sure to get one with a driver already wired. It's worth it trust me
